Chamomile is a plant with multiple benefits. It can be used in the form of infusion, ointment, lotion, inhalation or compress. Appreciated for its anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and healing properties, it will revolutionize your daily life.

1. Chamomile heals digestive disorders

In cases of gastroenteritis, inflammation of the stomach, gastric ulcers, diarrhea, bloating or flatulence, chamomile will be a very effective remedy. To cure these ailments, you should drink an infusion of chamomile after each meal. The ideal is to infuse the herbal tea with a lid so that the active ingredients do not evaporate.
